LAYR2 headwear and the FORMLOC™ Matrix are apparel products designed only to help caps keep their shape. They are not protective equipment and provide no head protection against impact, falls, sports, work hazards, or any other injury.

Do not use our products:

As a helmet, or in place of a helmet, hard hat, or any other protective gear
For any activity where head protection is recommended or required
In headwear the FORMLOC™ Matrix is not designed for, or in any modified form

By buying or using our products, you agree to our Terms of Service, including the acknowledgment and assumption of risk in Sections 3 and 4.

Compatibility

The FORMLOC™ Matrix is designed to fit LAYR2 Structured Headwear models and select New Era 9FIFTY styles and 59FIFTY fitted sizes, as listed on its product page. We may add compatibility with other brands and models over time.
